Shipping policy

ADDRESS: All orders must to be a physical address. We are unable to ship to a Parcel Box or PO Box.

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is ready or on the way! (Unless otherwise stated during holiday seasons. Christmas shipping will generally cease in the week leading up to Christmas and will again commence after the first weekend in January).

STORE PICKUP:  Address: 4/56 Cambridge St, Coorparoo QLD 4151 - Orders can be picked up daily, from 10.00am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 2 - business days. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at reception@sunburynursery.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
