Online Order Questions:
How soon will my order ship?
Most in-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Transit time can take up to 7 business days, depending on where you are shipping to. We are not able to guarantee a delivery date, however you will be provided with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, Larktale.com.au customers have 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt on most items to contact us and initiate the return of an item that was purchased from our website. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered and in its original packing. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at reception@sunbury.com.au or call us at 07 3847 3699. Proof of purchase is required. Items noted as final sale and open box items are not eligible for returns.
If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less the original and return shipping charges. Please note that depending on where you are returning the product from, these shipping charges can cost up to 20% of the original purchase price as most of our items are considered oversized. Refund processing time will depend upon your card issuer’s policies.
General Questions:
Which of your strollers can I use safely with a newborn?
Our Crossover in wagon mode is suitable for a newborn or you can choose a car seat adapter to make both modes newborn ready!
Our Caravan stroller/wagons can also be used for a newborn when a car seat adapter is attached, these are accessories that are sold separately.
Please check the car seat adapter listing to determine compatible infant car seat brands with each adapter.
How old should my baby be before they can sit in the upright seat of their stroller?
Your baby should be able to sit up and hold their head up on their own before they can be safety seated in the non-flat position of their stroller seat – generally this at about 6 months old. Until this milestone, your baby should stay in the full-flat position or in their infant car seat using one of our car seat adapters.
I want to buy online, how do I know if my child will fit in the seat?
The best way to determine fit is to measure the head height of your child. This is the measurement from the top of their head to the tip of their tailbone. Your child’s head height should be less than the posted maximum head height as stated on each product page.
How do I clean my stroller or stroller/wagon?
Our products can be spot cleaned using a damp cloth or baby wipe. For larger spills, all fabrics can be detached from their frame and hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent. The fabric should always be attached to the frame to air dry. Do not place the stroller fabric in the dryer or air-dry off the frame.
What is your warranty?
Larktale offers a 2-year warranty on all strollers, stroller/wagons, and scooters, and a 1-year warranty on parts and accessories for all products sold after January 2019. You can learn more about our warranty here.

Where can I find my product's serial number?
The serial number for your stroller or stroller/wagon can be found on the outside of the box your item was packaged in. It can also be found on the stroller or stroller/wagon itself on a white sticker, either under the brake bar or on the inside of the frame. If you need assistance locating your serial number, please contact customer service.
Can I take your strollers on the airplane?
Our strollers and stroller/wagons are not carry on suitable, however they can be gate checked!

Crossover FAQs
DO I NEED A CONVERSION KIT TO MAKE IT A WAGON:
Nope! Everything you need to change between stroller mode and wagon mode is included and no tools are needed to make the conversion.
HOW EASY IS IT TO CHANGE BETWEEN STROLLER AND WAGON MODE:
It will take only a couple of minutes. You will need to unthread the stroller seat pad's harness straps from the seat back fabric. Once the stroller seat pad is removed, you will reposition it as the main seat for wagon mode and secure it in place following the instructions in your manual. Reverse the steps to morph back into stroller mode.
WILL THE CROSSOVER FIT IN MY CAR TRUNK:
The crossover folds flat for a reduced footprint and fits easily in the trunk of larger sedans. Please review the folded dimensions posted on the product page so you can best determine if it will fit in your car.
CAN I PUSH THE CROSSOVER IN WAGON MODE:
Yes! When the crossover is converted into wagon mode, it can either be pulled by the pull handle accessory or pushed by the push handle accessory. Both accessories are included with your purchase!
HOW MANY KIDS FIT IN THE CROSSOVER:
Out of the box, the crossover fits up to two children and is fully adaptable to provide the right size chassis for your needs: Single stroller mode, wagon mode for one child and extra cargo space, or double wagon mode for two children.
CAN I USE THE CROSSOVER WITH A NEWBORN:
Yes! A newborn can safely lay in the fully reclined wagon mode. A crossover car seat adapter is also available and is compatible with Maxi Cosi, Nuna, and Clek infant car seat models. The car seat adapter can be used in both stroller and wagon mode, however, only one seat will be accessible in wagon mode when the car seat is attached. We recommend using our Ride-Along Stroller Board if you need space for a second child when the car seat adapter is in use.
The seats in wagon mode can be used from 6 months and up.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE FABRIC:
You can spot clean the fabric or for a deeper cleansing, you can remove the fabric completely to hand-wash in mild detergent. Reattach the fabric to the frame to air dry completely before using. Do not put the fabric in the dryer.

CAN I USE THE CARAVAN WITH A NEWBORN:
Yes! The seats of the caravan are rated for 6 months and up however we offer several car seat adapters that are compatible with Maxi Cosi, Nuna, Clek, Chicco and Britax infant car seat models.
HOW MANY KIDS FIT IN THE CARAVAN:
Out of the box, the caravan fits up to 2 or 4 children (depending on whether you have purchased the 2 or 4 seater version) and up to a total of 90.1 kgs. Please note If you are using a car seat adapter, you will lose one side of caravans seat/s.
WILL PREVIOUS LARKTALE CARAVAN ACCESSORIES FIT ON THE NEW MODEL:
Yes, all caravan accessories are compatible with the new model, including the snack tray set, car seat adapters, sun canopy set, summer canopy set, pull bar and all universal accessories.
WHICH ACCESSORIES WILL NOT FOLD WITH THE CARAVAN:
You will need to remove the car seat adapters and the snack tray sets before folding your caravan. The caravan will fold with the sun canopies attached, but can be removed for a more compact fold. We always recommend removing the sun canopies before transporting the caravan in your vehicle.
WILL THE CARAVAN FIT IN MY CAR TRUNK:
The caravan folds compactly and will fit in the trunk of a large sedan or stationwagon with the canopies removed. Caravan V3 FAQs
WHAT ARE THE CHANGES FROM THE PREVIOUS MODEL:
The new V3 model has a new colour style, a new no-rethread safety harness, and the storage basket is now removable and can be attached on either the front or the rear of the wagon. We have also replaced the original seat back organiser with a new parent console on the handlebar.
HOW MANY KIDS FIT IN THE NEW CARAVAN:
The caravan fits two children.
WILL THE PREVIOUS CARAVAN ACCESSORIES FIT ON THE NEW MODEL:
Yes, all caravan accessories are compatible with the new V3 model, including the snack tray set, double seat kit, car seat adapters, sun canopy set, summer canopy set, pull bar and all universal accessories.

HOW MANY KIDS FIT IN THE NEW CARAVAN QUAD:
Out of the box, the caravan Quad fits up to four children from 6 months to 22 kg per seat, or 44 kgs per side.
WILL THE 2-SEATER CARAVAN ACCESSORIES FIT ON THE QUAD MODEL:
Only the caravan snack tray set is compatible with the caravan Quad model. A custom Sun Topper, Pull Bar Kit, and Car Seat Adapter will be offered separately for the caravan Quad model.
WHICH ACCESSORIES WILL NOT FOLD WITH THE CARAVAN QUAD:
You will need to remove the car seat adapters and the snack tray sets before folding your caravan Quad. The caravan Quad will fold with the sun canopies attached, but can be removed for a more compact fold. We always recommend removing the sun canopies before transporting the caravan in your vehicle.
CAN I USE THE CARAVAN QUAD WITH A NEWBORN:

Scoobi® FAQs
DO I NEED A CONVERSION KIT TO CHANGE MODES:
Nope! Everything you need to change between tricycle to scooter (and everything in between) is included and no tools are needed to make the conversion.
The pedals are even stored within the Scoobi for convenience.
HOW EASY IS IT TO CHANGE BETWEEN MODES:
It will take about 1 minute! If you set out in Scooter mode and your child gets tired, you can easily convert back to tricycle or balance bike.
WHAT AGE IS THE SCOOBI SUITABLE FOR:
The Scoobi is designed for children aged 2 - 5 years old.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE SCOOBI:
You can spot clean the Scoobi with a wet wipe or for a deeper clean, you can hand-wash with mild detergent.
Universal Snack Tray FAQs
HOW DO I KNOW IF IT WILL FIT MY WAGON:
The Adjustable Snack Tray will fit most double and quad wagons in the market that have an interior width of 38 - 58.5 cms. However, if your wagon has bulky frame components (ie canopy attachment brackets, lifting handles, etc) blocking where the snack Tray would attach, the brackets may not fit around these components. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us!
HOW EASY IS IT TO ATTACH THE SNACK TRAY:
It takes a few seconds! Simply slide on the universal attachment brackets and click in the snack tray into the appropriate level height for your seated child.
WILL MY WAGON FOLD WITH THE SNACK TRAY ATTACHED:
No. You will need to remove the snack tray and the attachment brackets prior to folding your wagon, however, the snack tray is designed for a quick and easy attachment and removal.
WHICH LARKTALE MODELS WILL THIS WORK ON:
Our Universal Snack Tray will work on the current caravan, caravan quad, and prior versions of these models.
The crossover has an interior width of 33 cms, making it too narrow to fit the snack tray, it is not compatible.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE SNACK TRAY:
You can clean the tray with a mild detergent or cleansing wipe.
